Procrastination

Procrastination. I suppose we all have problems with that. Lately I've been feeling really lazy. I've not completed a single holiday homework and I'm still doing the Chinese holiday homework given in March. How screwed up is that? Last year, I finished all the homework on like the second day of the school holidays. I guess I could blame the Batam trip for cutting me back, but I'd just be lying to myself. I really need to get my act together and start being a mugger like the rest of the nerds out there. I guess I'm getting a little complacent just because I did fairly well in the Mid Year exams, so I'm just resting on my ~laurels~. What I'm afraid of is that everyone else will start studying like crazy and they will all catch up and.......yeah. I hate being so procrastinate-y. English oral is tomorrow, by the way, and I've not done a single thing to revise for it. St. Marg's is one of the few (or only?!?) school who has oral exams during the holidays AFTER the whole Mid Year exams, wow.

Monday is the Brass Explosion gala concert! Victoria, Nataly, Naasyidah, Mindy, Hua Sze, Si Yi, Jilliane etc etc etc will be performing as Ms Chong had 10 free tickets to give out! I think I'll be going down to support them together with most of the committee. :-) Some MTDC people are also going to be there so 一举两得! (Chinese O-lvls are in a year~!~!) Ok I should get my butt off the bed and do some work. Asdfghjkl.

Batam CIP

Just came home from 4 days in burning Batam!

Everyone says I got a lot tanner but I really don't see the difference.

Batam was, in a nutshell, fun but there were times when I got really pissed. But that always happens, so.

We went to the orphanage and taught the children at Sekolah Theodore (Theodore School). My group was in charge of sports (PE) so we stood under the sun all day! It's really tiring to have to be enthusiastic all the time, especially when you're dead tired. The kids were quite all right to teach, but we had some problems with the Primary 4s.

One boy fell down while running and his friend started crying because he felt guilty about causing his friend to fall. It's quite cute actually ahahahah. There's this boy called Kenny and he plays really good soccer and he's very naughty but he's very handsome also HAHAHA. On Tuesday afternoon, the whole school gathered around the field to watch the upper primary boys play soccer. Kenny's team lost and Kenny was so upset he was emo-ing in a corner and all the SMSS girls came to comfort him LOL. Too handsome already. I think the Indonesian guys look a lot better than most Singaporean guys, hmm.

Okay all these things aside, I learnt a lot from the trip but it isn't something I would really miss. BUT, it was really fun singing songs with the Men On The Mountain and Eden and Siying. ^_^

I didn't really buy much ~shopping~ in Batam. Just bought some friendship band thingys for the MTDC kiddos and the Men OT Mountain, Beng-beng (it's freaking guuud) and this corn chip thing that tastes so asdfghjkly good. I wanted to buy this small backpack with the Batik prints for 70,000 rupiah but I decided against it and now I regret it. :-(

THAT'S ALL. I will now go and marry my bed good night.

P.s. I just spent 3 nights sharing a king sized bed with Rebecca

Pre-Batam

Going off to Batam tomorrow morning at the ungodly hour of 8. I'll be there for CIP to finish up my NYAA Silver and I'm done!!!

Okay. I don't know what to feel, haha. We're going to stay in a four-star hotel so I don't really worry about the...hygiene of the place. Unlike during Sec 3 camp, ew gross. But I don't know how I'll feel spending 4 whole days and 3 whole nights surrounded by people. HAHAHA weird right? I don't know I'm just being weird. Not that I hate the people who're going, but like, I don't know. Sigh.

Anyway, I've yet to pack for Batam! I don't even have my luggage yet, LOL. This is so unlike Australia last year. Last year, I packed for Australia like a week before! And it was so so so fun, I miss the seniors. And the freedom, heh. Because in Australia, the whole trip kind of revolved around us, but for Batam it's the opposite.

Maybe I'm just being really selfish, hahah, but the kids will be cute and we'll be doing PE and we'll get tan so BRING IT.

Mid-Year results 2012

OVERALL for First Semester
English: B3
Chinese: B4
A. Math: A1
E. Math: A1
Chemistry: A1
Physics: A1
Biology: A2
Combined Humanities (SS + Lit): C5
Total percentage: 75

Today's the last day of the term/semester!!! And that also means report books are given out today. I got 3rd in level and 3rd in class, behind Gaby and Jiangyue. FREAKING ECSTATIC I TELL YOU. You've no idea how good it feels to beat all the other smartass people, especially those like Victoria, Hansol etc. Omg. Hahah but I guess I don't mind being a target for other people too. It's actually quite flattering. :-) Anyway, having good results is, like the title says, a double-edged sword. On one hand, you're really happy that you scored well, but on the other hand, you can't openly express your ~joy~ because it's quite insensitive especially if you're around those who didn't do as well. So yeah, you have to kill that little spark of joy inside you. Plus I'm not a very good console-er so that puts me in a really awkward position. Oh well.

I left my report book in school today and started calling everyone to ask if they were still in school and panicking like some mad cow. Luckily Jamie's dad was still in school and he stole it from class for me!!! Going to see Jamie later at Bzb anyway so woo hoo. I really can't wait to make my parents proud. :-) Ever since P3 till Sec 1 I've been getting really disappointing results, so change is definitely welcome.

Oh yes and we celebrated Hazel's birthday early today with songs and chocolate cake! Wasn't very fail and cake tasted good. But we all just took forks and ate the cake straight out like that, how hygienic. Hahah, but it doesn't matter since we're all friends. ;-)

Doesn't feel like the holidays are really here. I mean, there's still band and a truck load of homework waiting for me, WHICH I HAVE YET TO COMPLETE. Darn.

Meeting expectations

Expectations. Everyone has expectations of others and similarly, everyone has someone's expectations to live up to. The most common are the expectations of parents and yourself. In this society, everyone is pushed to do well, to live up to someone else's expectations of them. Some do, and some don't. After all, there has to be losers for there to be winners. So what happens to those who don't? They get depressed, maybe even angry. And it's all a downward spiral from there. So really, there isn't any point trying to meet someone else's expectations of yourself. You can't please everyone. The most important thing is just to do what you want, whatever that makes you happy and proud of yourself.

Meet-the-parents was today so because of that, was an hour late for band. I think it went really well. :-) I hope the mid-term grades won't pull the end-year grades down so I can get my scholarship! It's my last chance.

During mass sectionals, (Ms Chong wanted to work with the percussionists and there was no space for proper sectionals so everyone just practiced in the band store lol imagine the noise) played Amparito Roca and Arabesque with Sang Ah because we had some free time and nothing much else to do hahaha. I think I'm deproving, oh no. Better buck up or I can kiss goodbye to ACJC!

Sport's Carnival 2012

Yesterday was the Sports Carnival!

Altogether, there were 5 activities. Tchoukball, golf, water soccer, dart tag and archery. I was supposed to play water soccer but in the end the whole class had to go for dart tag instead. I think they added dart tag as there was not enough time for all the classes to compete in water soccer over a period of 1 hour?

All the water soccer people were supposed to bring a dark shirt and swimming costume and Val told me to wear the dark shirt to school so yeah I was the only idiot who did lololol embarrassing.

Anyway, dart tag was really fun! As usual, all house events in SMSS results in body paint and ribbons in our hair. And a heck lot of screaming and cheers. The result of that is a horrible sore throat today. Not in school because I've got flu, heh.

Today the Sec 3s are supposed to go to the SAF Open House in their orange camp tees and jeans lol yucks, fashion disaster x76534485739487208503. In the afternoon is meet-the-parents so I think I'll be going to school in the afternoon. Also, can't afford to miss band practice. SYF is coming soon! And according to Ze Hui, next year's SYF will be the last SYF. For concert bands that is, anyway. Don't know how accurate her information is.

Oh yes, after Sports Carnival yesterday, the MTDC kiddos went to eat at Rail Mall and played in the playground fun fun fun fun. Love them so much gah. Photos soon yes? When I stop being so lazy to upload photos.

Oh yes how could I forget, FEARON CAME IN CHAMPIONZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!! Woo hoo we always win inter-house events heheheh ok maybe just all the years I've been in Fear-on (Sec 1, 3, 4). The house mascots for some Fearon classes was the LMFAO box-head guy that was cool.

MYE 2012

English: B4
Chinese: B4
E. Math: A1
A. Math: A1
Chem: A1
Bio: A2
Physics: A1
Lit: C6
SS: D7

LOLOLOL. My total L1R5 is about 14 because of combined humanities and English, asdfghjkl. Overall I think I did quite well, with the exception of SS. :-) Hahah, all I'm hoping for now is top ten in class.

Tomorrow is the Sports Carnival and I'm playing water football! I heard we're using sticks, LOL WTH. I'm kind of grossed out by the fact that everyone's dirty feet will be splashing around the same pool. I'm sure the water won't be changed....and the Sec 3s are going third, I think. Gross. Planning to wear the MTDC shirt though! :-) Haha I don't have black t-shirts and all my camp tees are in the wash. So, oh well. ^_^

The Infectious Disease Workshop for bio kids who sign up was quite boring. Thank goodness for Felicia, Val, Eri, Jessica etc to entertain and ~liven~ things up ahahah. School ends in 3 days, and my holidays seem so dreary! I've yet to complete a single holiday homework and I just finished the Chinese book review due 3 months ago. Great. At least I've found my motivation to work hard!!! It's going to be a hardcore next few months/year sob.

Tan line

I have a really contrasting tan line because of swimming yay yay yay! But the line(s) aren't very obvious, actually, it isn't obvious at all. -___- Oh well spent the whole of this morning burning under the sun sun sun having fun fun fun, so hope I'll get a somewhat faint tan (?!?!?!) And Batam is like 4 whole days of outdoor activities so WOO HOO. I want a golden brown fried chicken tan

In Time

Watching In Time (the movie) now, starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried. It's so cool hahahaha ok. Results for the Mid Years come out on Monday! Checking both maths, lit., chem and well...I'm not very sure, but I know that the only papers I don't feel ansty for are the maths and (maybe) chem. But well, who can really be sure? Anyway, tomorrow is the last day of happiness (ignorance is bliss) and I'll be spending it in East Coast Park ridin' horses (ha) and then Bzb with Jamie yay. AND THEN MONDAY SHALL COME.

Drifting

Life is bad bad bad right now, thank God for Batam so at least there's something to look forward to. Just wandering through my days aimlessly, sigh.

I feel like I'm drifting from quite a few of my friends already, and that's really sad, because we used to be quite close. But the fact that we're drifting means something, right? Oh well. And then there's so much drama going on. In P6, my friends warned me about how going to a girl's school would have a lot of girl drama and all that shit, but I was like, oh yay I like drama. But now. It's different. It's so frustrating how stupid people can get. It's hard to be a leader of a group of idiots. Also, a relationship is a two-way thing. If one party just stops caring, well, there's nothing left to hold on to, no? So many different problems now involving so many different groups of people. I hate how I have nobody that knows how my life is like, like I have no friend who knows all my other friends. It may sound stupid but it's really encouraging to know that there is someone who can understand what you're going through and stuff. Right now, I have no one I can confide everything in. Going solo all the way, then.

P.s. You are such a spoilt brat

Galaxy shuz

Stayed at home today because I felt sick and spent the time more productively than I ever would in school. Finished the Chinese book review and painted my shoes and finished watching Desperate Housewives and Once Upon A Time. The series(es?) may seem boring and housewife-y but it's actually very nice and entertaining to watch! :-) Yup ok I finally painted my Rubi white shoes that I bought just to wear to school when my Converses were wet and never wore ever again. I failed art (a proud D7) so I think it's very nice already, heh heh. But not as nice as other people's ones though, but good enough!!! Total cost of the whole (new) shoe is about $16, if the Rubi shoes cost $10 originally, I can't remember.

Batam training

Yesterday:
Batam CIP training from 9am till 4pm. We were split into groups and each group has to choose a subject which they will teach the orphans in the school there in Batam. My group (Man On The Mountain; Daphne, Felicia, Rebecca, Caryl, Cimin, Victoria and I) wanted to do Physical Education and this other group of Sec 2s also wanted it and we fought a real bloody battle for it and we won and the Sec 2 girl kept glaring at us throughout the morning and we smiled back, being the nice little girlies we are. ;-) In the end our idea (lesson plan?) was to teach the kids how to jump rope and have a telematch sort of thing. :-) We managed to finish the plan quite fast and just talked crap the rest of the time with Mr Teng hee ha ho. Went for lunch at Coffee Bean with Daphne and Victoria while the rest ate Umi Sushi at Holland V. MRT station. Spent $14.50 on pasta sob good food or money, one can only have one. Went (RAN) back to school and played with our jump rope made of many many many (169) rubber bands and it was fun.

Afterwards, everyone left and we were too busy jumping to realize so yup when we finally realized we were one of the only few groups left we just zao out of the Learning Lab heh heh. They all went to Bukit Timah Plaza to buy materials and "decorating shit/art shit" for the chart to act as a visual aid in case language fails us. Ran to piano after buying the stuff while the rest went to Daphne's house to do the chart and yay everyone lived happily ever after.

Today:
School was a waste of time and band was pretty fun.

And I love Naasyidah very much yayers. ^_^

And I really miss MTDC.

And I don't want to go to school tomorrow.

And Ms Bernedette Lim is very cool whoop.

And Regi is a Care Leader WOWERZ.

Reminiscence

I miss last year (2012) so much, and have so many regrets, but that's the thing right? No matter what, it's virtually impossible to have no regrets. Like, I regret not making more friends in MTDC, being so shy in class, basically a lot of things. I just read someone's blog post about SYF and AIMF and it's so depressing and so...yeah you get what I mean? I just wished time travel was possible and I can just zip back and forth through time. Also I realized how crappy it is trying to see small photos so I shall adjust the bandwidth of the site so the photos can be bigger yay. :-)

Everyone (by that I mean all the guys) on Twitter is tweeting about some soccer match between Man Utd. and Man City and Queens Park Rangers...? Well, all I know is that I watched a match between QPR and West Bromwich (or something I can't rly remember oops) in London last year and I never thought that QPR would make it this far, so I guess I'm quite impressed. :-) Also that I "saw" the players. Even though they didn't see me :-( But o well, close brushes with fame I guess. ;-)

This is my fourth post for the day and my posts are so wordy. This makes my blog boring and frustrating to read, and hence reader-less. Yay.

Lists

Stuff to do during the holidays
1. Glitter shoes
2. Galaxy/Cosmic shoes
3. Finish Nutrients in Plants and Transport in Plants (nerds will always be nerdy)
4. Successfully bake macaroons/macarons
5. Practice practice practice piano
6. Sleep
7.

OK NO I CANNOT WASTE MY HOLIDAY AWAYYYYYYYY

Just listened to Hot Problems lol it is a big big big joke omg can't even describe it's stupidity.

Mother's Day dresses

Daphne came to church today to help out for the CIP thingamajig at the Children's Ministry. :-) Haha I thought we were going solo and gonna mess up everything but thank God Keith was there to "help" HAHA. ^_^ Wore the glitter shuz and totally left the floor shining brighter than the sun.

Was supposed to have Mother's Day lunch at Jurong Country Club with the family and extended family but Bzb......sigh ended up eating at McDonald's with Daphne and my little brudda LOL. McDonald's was unusually empty and it was like only the losers who had nothing special for Mother's Day was there. :'(

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL THE GR8 MOMMAS OUT THERE! :-)

And I just finished 5 macaroons from Pique-Nique in 2 days wow I am turning into a ball.

Origami dresses we folded with the little kiddies in church. ^_^

We are freaking DJs/Hi dere Keith!

(Left to Right) Lemon, Red Velvet, Chocolate Whoopie, French Chocolate, Pistachio Mint, Coffee
Tried all except the green one (Pistachio something) GUDNESS IN A MINI BURGER

The Avengers

Watched The Avengers at the ungodly (in movie terms) hour of 10am today at the new Golden Village at Jurong Point. It was so so so good and everyone was so handsome/pretty!!! The only sad thing is that I finished my cheesy (punny much?!?) hot dog like 10 minutes into the movie.

After swimming today, went to Jurong Regional Library to borrow books for the Chinese book report crap that's due before the holidays sobzxczxczxczxc. Oh and borrowed a book about how to make macaroons partly because the pictures looked so beautiful and partly because I want to make macaroons during the holidays even though I think I'd be too lazy to so ya. Walked to JCube after that and had dinner and realized that JCube is very boring sighpie. I wanted to ice-skate but everyone there was so pro and literally EVERYONE else was standing around the ice rink watching so better not embarrass myself. I can't even do normal in-line skating. :-( Found Pique.Nique at JCube and bought 6 (half a dozen, wink) macaroons. Uh huh today is macaroon day. THE MACAROONS ARE SO GOOD even though it's really expensive and not very worth the $11.75 and fats.

Going to bring Daphne to church tomorrow and wear our glitter shuz whoop whoop. :-)

And my butt hurts from fainting yesterday.

And my mom is convinced I'm too stressed because I have 4 strands of white hair.

Control freak

Going to plan every single day of the June holidays, to make sure I don't waste a single pico(10^-12)second of it.

Sheep heart dissection aka first faint

Today we had dissection of a sheep's heart! I pity all the sheeps who had to die for this. :'-( Condolences to all the noble grass grazers.

So something really embarrassing happened hahaha. On hindsight it was actually quite funny, even.

While Mrs Tan was demonstrating how to cut up the heart, I was standing behind her and feeling so nauseous because she kept prodding the heart, forcing her finger into the aorta etc. I felt really dizzy and wanted to ask if I could skip the whole dissection thing.

According to some people, Mrs Tan was turning around to ask if I could see and then I just fainted. Also, Victoria was standing in front of me and could have caught me but she was so shocked she just moved away to let me fall hahahaha omg. I couldn't really remember anything but I heard a lot of "OMG ARE YOU OKAY?"s. That, and that my hair was coming out and it was touching the floor, yuck!

After a while (I don't know how long) I opened my eyes and staggered to the General Office with Ashley, Rachel Ang and Daphne. I felt so limp and drunk hahaha. At the sick bay, we made so much noise this lady came and scolded us for making a lot of noise and accused us of not being sick because we looked too happy, and when Ashley told her I fainted, she totally 180-degree attitude change! She suddenly became an angel. ;-) I went back to the bio lab and joined the rest after resting at the sick bay for a while hahahaha.

The heart is really really gross and I can so totally wait to dissect a cow's eyeball next year.

Went to the band store to catalog scores with some of the committee! It's taking forEVER. On the bright side, we used up all the cataloging paper so I guess work stops until Ms Chang prints another set! :-) Finally, finished about one and a half cupboards! Most productive cataloging so far!
Thanks so much to those who stayed back to help me! (Minhui, Kimberly, Victoria, Nataly, Emily, Qinwen, Tan Qi)

Then, I went to meet Nicholas to give me the $50 he (Andrew) owes Lim An. Woah finally our ~movie~ ends. *inside joke*

Trust

Trust no one and you'll never get hurt, right? Put on a mask so no one can read you, know what you're feeling, thinking... I think I have trust issues. Heck it. Life's tough, suck it up.

Dissection tomorrow, and I'm quite nervous. I can sort of "feel" what the (dead) sheep's heart is going to go through ugh gross. Makes me go all queasy. After that (and before) shall rush to the band room to catalogue all those scores...with the help of most of the committee. :-) I'm really touched that most of them sacrificed their time to help me. I mean, they could all be having fun/sleeping but they chose to help. :-) Aww :'-) hahah, this is what Victoria said. "I'm giving up my sleep so we can bond while doing your sucky job" HAHA silly piggo. Going to have to meet Nicholas too to (wow) get Li(m)an's $50 geez. Hahah but at least everyone's really free now so it's very ~flexible~.

So many people are using Gifboom or something nowadays. Hahah I don't really get what's so fun about it. Isn't it just like Tumblr (which I still don't know how to use)? Oh well, Instagram works fine for me! That's what I said about Twitter before getting a Twitter...

One more thing I am spending too much. In the last three days alone, I spent around $60 oh crap.

Did I mention I feel like a wreck? Double crap. Now that Mid Years are over, there's nothing else to immerse myself in to forget all this crap.

Glitter shuz

Woke up at 6am today why. Daphne came over at around 7.50am and started doing our glitter shuzzz. ^_^ It came out so pretty!!! I kind of thought it would end up horribly but nuuuuu it was so so so so gorgeous ahahah, if I may say so myself. Kelley came over and Daphne (tried to) teach her how to play the piano and we watched a really nice movie with a super handsome man CHRIS EVANS. Ate pizza and cookies for lunch yay yay. Went to West Mall to get top coat nail polish for the shuz and Gong Cha. On the 173 back, Pei Xuan was also on the bus! Such a coincidence. Also, Cheyenne was also in da buzzzzzzzzzz ahahah what is this. Oh yeah I stepped on this gross dog shit-like mud thing on my Havaianas boo hoo.

Before/Substrate: (2 for $30 shoes from Rubi)

Enzyme: ($18 glitter from Art Friend)

Enzyme-substrate complex:

FREEDOM

Not feeling the post-exam mood yet but AH WELL.

I went to watch The Lucky One with Daphne, Caryl, Cimin, Clare, Christabelle and Rebecca after the E Math paper. (I re-did the whole paper thrice and still had time to sleep geez.) The cinema was very small and quite ~saturated~ so couldn't run around and play inside. :-( Aw.

The movie was quite nice, but there was a lot of asdfghjkl HAHAHA ok I feel so. Asdfghjkl.

We went to 313@Somerset to eat Din Tai Fung and we spent $69.40 at first!!! Everyone was so excited but no one could take a photo because we were playing the lunch game. ;-) Then we ordered 2 more trays of xlb and it became $92.80. :'-( Hahah wow rich kids eating at DTF eh. Ok not rly but still.

Shopped around at F21, Topshop etc etc and everyone got tired and went to high tea at TWG while Daphne and I went around hunting for shuzz that we don't mind destroying HAHA.

At Far East Plaza, the clothes looked all so nice but the quality is........yeah. :-( By the time we got back to Ion, our legs were breaking. Oh gosh, till now, my legs are still hurting. :-( Anyway went to join Clare, Cimin, Hazel and Becca at TWG for like a few minutes and rushed off to Taka to Art Friend and bought glitter! And then we got lost in Orchard and sat at the bus stop in the heavy rain waiting for 171 to come yup the end.

On Friday, I have to go back to school for dissection and cataloging, Monday have Batam CIP Trip training so I don't see how this is a break. But well it never was anyway.

OVER AND DONE

Physics and lit paper today and yup basically Mid Years are over!!!!!! E. Math tomorrow but, really, who's going to study? ;-) (ok I am but still.) Went for lunch at Burger Shack today with Clare, Cimin and Daphne. We played this lunch game thing where everyone put their phones in the middle of the table (like a campfire, BUUUURN) and throughout the whole meal, the first one to crack will treat everyone to lunch. ;-) When lunch was "over", everyone was like 1..2...3!!! and nobody dared to be the first to take their phone LOL. Hahah I think it's a really good game. How often do you see people "going out" for lunch when really, what they're doing is having lunch with their phones? Hahah.

Post-exams plans are really messy but o well, YOLO!

Sunday, May 06, 2012

Sprint

Last lap of the race guise!!! :-) Just 3 more days and we'll be free! Ha ha I until we get the results back + Chinese happy camp post-exam activity shiz that is.

Felt so bad for leaving Jamie alone with Ants today for Bzb cos my mom didn't allow me to switch to 4:30pm class hahaha. Jamie showed me (+ Ants) something v v v v v interesting and I think we are all going to be Bzb bffz HAHAHAHA <3 Ants is actually very nice............lul.

Yup went to West Coast Plaza for Sakae Sushi and came home to mug physics for 3 hours. Physics is the least to revise for but yet most unsettling paper sigh. I envy those who only have E. Math left. :'-( Once lit and physics is over it's party time for me~~~~~~ Haven't touched Twitter for about 2 weeks PLUS now! :-( Getting withdrawal symptoms already oh no this is bad. How am I to survive O-lvls next year.

A smile is the most beautiful curve on the human body, so go now and strut your stuff. :-)

Today is a good day. Chem was really easy, but don't want to really say anything specific yet, wait till the results come back then I'll know for sure. History kids had their paper in the morning so all the people who don't take history ~dispersed~ to the various nooks and crannies of the school. Daphne and I thought the library would be really cold and canteen too distracting so we went to study Chem at the Sec 2 study area, but Brenda Shum chased us away because the Sec 2s were having their IH paper. We weren't even making much noise. :-( Oh well. There was no where else to go so we went up to the Sec 1 level and sat on the stairs because the tables were taken up by Naasyidah, Sang Ah etc. They were having "consultation" with their teacher so I just went to ask her a question, and after that Naasyidah told me she (the teacher) was very stunned/shocked/surprised HAHAHA oops. I'm not weird. :-( Went to eat at Thai Noodle House with Daphne, Caryl, Cimin, Clare and Gaby after the Chem Paper 1. We were planning to buy Starbucks afterwards because we heard there was a 50% discount that day but it turned out to be a scam ugh.

Only lit, physics and E Math paper 1 are left! Subjects that don't really have much to study/memorize, just more of practicing. :-) Planning to go play laser tag/movie marathon on Thursday, Friday is heart dissection + cataloging 6 cupboards of scores (kill me now) and then life begins.

so close you can almost taste it

Daz right guise!!! The Mid Years are coming to an end very very very very very soon. ;-) Can't wait to get everything over and done with. Chemistry is tomorrow and I hope I'll have lots of chemistry with the paper. ;-) Ahah that was lame but I couldn't help myself. Feeling quite worried for chemistry as there's nothing much to study for hence feelings of insecurity increases. Okay. Ms Tan said it'd be around the standard of the previous test, which a lot of people found very hard ahahahah. I got 34/40 though haha yay proud of myself. ^_^ Nothing wrong with dat.

After tomorrow, there'll be 3 days of physics and lit omg kill me now. 3. Whole. Days. Of calculating speed acceleration etc etc and re-reading The Chrysalids. I think I forgot quite a bit of The Chrysalids already poopcakes.

All right less talk more sleep. First night in weeks, or even months, that I get to sleep before 10pm!

Forgive me my nonsense, as I also forgive the nonsense of those that think they talk sense.

not even close

When will this torture end? Never, I suppose. Asdfghjkl now is totally not the time to be the slacker.

(Happy) labour (day)

Happy Labour Day indeed. Started Labour Day with 2 hours of Transport in Humans. How exciting. It's 2 am and I'm printing bio notes...what am I doing. Oh right. Printing bio notes. Right. I hope tomorrow (today) will be a good day. :/

Good day = Gong Cha to study with me ahahahah. The simple joys of life.

So tired and I have huuuuuge panda eyes. Can't wait for this horrible week(s) to be over.
